Payment in full and refunds
Hi all, quick question on CC process. Simply, at date of statement I owed £320. Since then I have spent £100 and received a £220 refund. My current balance is now £200. To pay in full do I still need to £320 to avoid a part payment? I assume the provider will accept a positive balance in these situations? Cheers

Halifax Credit Card Direct Debit problem
Hi, I had a direct debit set up to pay off my Halifax credit card in full, however this month (payment due today) it only took the minimum payment. This also coincides with the new online banking website, and you can't set up a direct debit online. I wondered if anyone else had had this, and I guess I'll need to phone to…

I know there APR is high but I am struggling to get credit even though my accounts with Littlewoods & Jacamo are all up to date and no problems with my credit report. requesting of Copy of agreement
few questions here, bear with me: 1- is it true if a creditor cannot produce an exact copy of your signed credit card or loan agreement that it does not not necessarily make that debt unenforceable?
