Halifax Credit Card Direct Debit problem

Hi,
I had a direct debit set up to pay off my Halifax credit card in full, however this month (payment due today) it only took the minimum payment. This also coincides with the new online banking website, and you can't set up a direct debit online. I wondered if anyone else had had this, and I guess I'll need to phone to reinstate my full direct debit payments.

What did your last statement say that they were going to take?

I don't have it to hand and I can't see how to download it online. Last month it was full payment and I didn't change a thing, but I know that they have removed the facility to set up the direct debit payment online.

There's no reason why the new online interface could make a difference with the direct debit. Mine just carried on exactly as it always has done.

Best thing would be to give them a call.
