Any point in keeping an Opus card?
This time next week, my Opus card balance will be £0. Not impressed with them hiking my Citicard rate from 19% to 29.9% but it's their loss anyway, now they can make 100% of nothing. So the question is, would there be any point whatsoever in keeping this card in the hope of either balance transfer offers, or a lower APR…

Is it wise to close this card?
I have had several cards in the past and thanks to the excellent advice on here and generally being tight fisted :D have no cc debt. Paying off overdraft with credit card
Sorry if this is obvious but I am very new to this. Is it still possible to pay off my overdraft with a credit card and do companies still issue credit card cheques. My bank Lloyds TSB will not allow me to pay off my overdraft with a credit card. Does anybody know which companies allow you to do this?

Balance transfer help?
Apologies if this is a really "blond" question! I currently have a balance outstanding on an Argos card (I think the apr is something like 27%!). I have enough on a credit card which is showing the interest each month as 0.649%. I'm assuming by transferring the ARgos balance to the other card, I'll be better off each month?
