Apologies if this is a really "blond" question! I currently have a balance outstanding on an Argos card (I think the apr is something like 27%!). I have enough on a credit card which is showing the interest each month as 0.649%. I'm assuming by transferring the ARgos balance to the other card, I'll be better off each month?

Yes you would. And there shouldn't be a BT fee to pay if it's not a promotional rate.0

Thanks ZX. The beauty as well is it's our "old" Northern Rock CC (now co-op) that came with our original 125% mortgage years ago so the rate is very low. Also worked out that even with just the minimum payments and interest it will also reduce down gradually! I'm hoping then to use what I would on the Argos Card that we'll be better off without to put towards another CC!!0
