Hi all, hope you can offer your opinions/advice on the following story. The first thing to note is that the person this story concerns has never knowingly taken out a credit card. I've had a credit card for a few years, but until quite recently always…

How to remove a search from file
I have a search on my Equifax from Capquest dated 28/04/2008. Obviously this is over a year old and surely it should have been deleted? How do I get it removed as it mentions the reason for the search was 'outstanding debt' which I think is derogatory to my file.
