Self-Employed - Tax Year 2019-20 makes me eligible but in 2018-19 I wasn't.
I didn't qualify for any self-employed support because in 2018-19 my self-employed income was less than 50% of the total, (it was 45%). In tax year 2019-20, which I'm about to submit to HMRC, nearly all my income was from self-employment. Will I be able to apply for the new support?

Furlough & Variable Pay
I am aware on the last Furlough scheme the calculation for Furlough was based on average of 2019/20 earnings OR the corresponding month in the last year for Variable pay staff. Is this the same for the new Furlough from November to March or are they using a different calculation period?
