Furlough & Variable Pay

I am aware on the last Furlough scheme the calculation for Furlough was based on average of 2019/20 earnings OR the corresponding month in the last year for Variable pay staff.
Is this the same for the new Furlough from November to March or are they using a different calculation period?

It depends whether they were furloughed under the original scheme or not. See

So if I am placed on Flexi Furlough am I right in saying the following will apply:
Contracted hours are 16 pw BUT I get paid for extra hours so each month my pay varies & is significantly higher than the 16 hours pw.
I was furloughed last time & after the 80% my average gross 4 weekly pay was £1103.
If I am brought back say 1 day (8 hours) pw I would get paid 100% for this day (8 x £8.72= £69.76) but how would they work out the Furlough pay for the days not worked?0 -
