One surprise in the new furlough guidance:

From December 2020, HMRC will publish employer names and for companies and LLPs, the company registration of those making claims in respect of claim periods from 1 December 2020 onwards.

HMRC will check claims and payments may be withheld or need to be paid back if a claim is found to be fraudulent or based on incorrect information.

Also there's to be a review of whether employers will be allowed to claim furlough payment for employee's statutory or contractural notice periods this month, with any changes effective from 1st Dec.
