Bank address changes
Hi again, apologies for my queries! I just want to ask about changing addresses for things... I still have all my details (drivers license and job) registered to my dads address (it’s accessible as a family member still lives there, but I don’t) and it’s only up the road. I have however just changed the address with my…

How much interest on Nationwide Start to Save account?
I have a Nationwide Start to Save account paying 1% interest. I have put £100 a month in since March 2020. I'm currently 10 month in and have £1000 saved. On interest maturity this March I'd have saved £1200. How much interest would I have earned on this at 1%?

Bank APP scam rejection and possible lax security measures

BoS Easycash now on credit file
Not sure if this is for this forum or the Credit File forum. Anyway, I've had an old Bank of Scotland Easycash basic bank account since 2009 which I've not used for years and I assume is dormant due to not receiving a new card when the last one expired. It has never been listed on my credit files until this week when it…

Bank account fraud investigation procedure
Hi, I’ve heard a lot of things from people regarding the bank fraud investigation procedure. Some say that after identifying fraud the bank does an internal investigation, if they suspect it’s fraud then they close the account and then do a further investigation after which they give you a cifas marker. Other things I’ve…
