New £20 and exchanging old for new
Hi You know when the new £20 note comes out in Feb2020, when it comes to exchanging old cash for new notes at your local bank (co-op), is there a limit to how much you can exchange in one day? Will banks exchange cash for cash or will they deposit the money in your account and you will have to withdraw? I didn't have much…

PingIt - system compatibility?
TL;DR - Does PingIt work on Android Go phones? Long version - thanks to barclays closing bPay, which my wife really loved and forcing them to go to PingIt we have now to get her a phone that works with it, as apparently her iPhone 5 is too old. And, as opposed to bPay, you need an App on a phone rather than managing it by…

Natwest Login Process
Hi all, I was thinking about switching to NatWest to get the £150. However, I've put a bit of effort into personal cyber security, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the login process is like for NatWest. For instance, with HSBC you require a full username, a full password and finally a one time access code…

Nationwide Overdrafts
I have a Nationwide current account. It came with an overdraft I haven’t ever used. I’ve noticed on their website they are now charging 40% interest. That’s shockingly bad that’s as bad as a Vanquis credit card. I think this is shocking are they just encouraging people not to be overdrawn or cashing in on customers?

M & S Bank have cut their 5% regular savings rate
Sad news indeed, but not unexpected. Probably explains why I had to wait for over 10 working days for a switch slot, and why no response was made (so far) to an on-line application for a regular saver made at 07:00 on the 13th Nov. I wonder if they'll honour the rate in force at the time of application? ...or at least now…
