I would strongly avoid this bank for the following reasons:- 1. They refuse to call you and do not have any kind of number to reach them on. 2. They do not offer any kind of…

Natwest Business Banking Switch real ?
Hi, I have had my business banking with NatWest for a number of years and noticed that the recent junk mail seemed to be about switching to their competitors. I looked into it and there are various options they give where you receive £1000 of removing to other banks. As I'm usually of the opinion that banks don't like to…

Switching banks & linked accounts
Hi - I'm planning on switching our current account from Barclays to Triodos. It looks straightforward enough - my only concern is the three linked savings accounts we have with Barclays. If we use the switching service, will they also have to close at the same time as the current account?

Contactless cards
I think it would be a great idea if banks would allow you to set an alarm cap on spending via contactless, say perhaps 3 contactless transactions in one hour trigger a need to enter a pin. This would be particularly useful if you lost or had your card stolen and didn't immediately know. £30 transactions can soon empty your…
