Anyone having trouble logging in to A+L banking
As above really.I've been trying to log in since about 3.30am to A+L banking ..it takes my number on the first page,then comes up with the security picture and phrase and when I put my number on this page..it takes a long time and then says not able to log in at this time. usually if banking is down it says it's down.

atm error !!
seasons greetings all, what's a reasonable time for a bank to take on refunding money taken from account even though the atm didn't dispense the money ?? it happened on the 16th dec, and i reported it to them on the 18th as advised in the branch. it was a santander account but the atm was halifax !! thanks
