Haggling with BT as an out of contract customer
Hello... I wondered if you could give me some advice with my BT Broadband. We are on BT Infinity 76Mb and as we're now out of contract the price has shot up to £55.99 a month. That cannot continue when moving to what looks like almost anywhere else a new customer is far cheaper. The first thing is that we want to move down…

How many days before the end of contract is one able to switch providers? Another question is: Is it easy to switch from Sky to Virgin, or do you have to manually terminate the contract with Sky and manually start one with Virgin? Thanks

Attempt to transfer to Vodaofne, a cautionary tale!
So, £20 a month for unlimited fibre with Voadfone looked like a great deal. I was nearly at the end of the BT contract, and they were hiking prices, rang retention's got nowhere so I decided to move my service. Given a start date of 9th Jan, box arrived, quidco tracked, all going to plan. Right up until the 9th when I…

I read a lot of people did not receive the notification letter. Is there anything I could do besides waiting for contract to end. Thanks

Voda v Virgin
Hi, am considering Virgin Fibre (£27pm) and Voda fibre (£20pm), is there any reasons that Voda isn't a good option based on price, I see some posts where the service received has been an issue but it appears to be similar for most providers. Thanks in advance.
