BT price hikes

I did not get any letter informing me of the price hikes in January. I thought I was not going to be affected as I started my contract in August. The increase is £4.50 a month. I read a lot of people did not receive the notification letter. Is there anything I could do besides waiting for contract to end. Thanks

I believe it was all emails this time. I don't think they sent physical letters.0

No there is nothing you can do. You can't prove they didn't send a letter or email, and you are now out of time (30 days notice) to leave penalty free anyway.0

For those still on paper billing, a letter was sent.0

Plus it should have been in your BT members page .
As well as multiple posts on MSE and MSE newsletters.0 -
I did phone bt and was told it was sent by email. I was offered free bt sport in hd which I declined. In the end she offered be £6 discount which is better than nothing. I was not going to switch but will do so in August.0
