October 21st just been on the phone to three and they have no record of this promotion running and suggested contacting MSE

Okay reply from gift cloud who ran the promotion with MSE they say it’s nothing to do with them and to contact three, who I have contacted and who say it’s up to MSE to sort out. Glad this was my first and only time I tried an MSE promotion

Thanks three called me back and still adamant that no deal like this but gave me the money as credit to my account so happy with that
