Hey all I've decided to take the plunge and try out a web shop with payments made via paypal. However, I have no idea which shop builder software to use. Is there any free/cheap solutions out there I can look at, the ones I can find online that look legit are around £500 for the software. I have no idea how to do it myself…

Swtching ISAs
I wish to switch to a better ISA but the higher rate product doesn't take transfers. eg Santander. They pay 2.75% on transfers but 3.5% for new investors. So is it theoretically possible to transfer money into the low interest ISA then transfer to a higher rate ISA later once you're a customer?
