Although the election has not yet been called, the council I work for and another one, both large city councils here in Scotland have now emailed staff offering the chance to work during the through the night count.
If you work for a council and are looking for some extra cash, my council is offering £100 plus a days leave, then keep your eye out!

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
