Can I get LHA to cover the first month?
If I want to live somewhere, the landlord asks for the deposit and one month's rent. I'd move in and apply for LHA. Can LHA apply for the first month , or refund me for the first month, or do I have to pay that myself and can I then not get "refunded" for it through LHA? Does lha always start from the second month?
