JSA for me on monday :-(

The perils of being a contract worker I guess.....
Not the first time but, hopefully, not for too long. It can be a bit problematic claiming JSA because its a bit difficult to explain my situation. (Like I said, I do temp contracts all done via my own ltd company). Also, the type I work I do isn't advertised in job centres.
Usually find the jobcentre staff ok though.
I know a lot of people in my situation dont bother to claim JSA but its not that much hassle IMHO.

Aren't you an employee of your ltd company? You should be! Unless you've issued yourself a P45 I can't see how you can be eligible for JSA.....?Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
