ESA Adjustment Delays

Options
My first post here so hello everyone. After about a year of waiting I had my ESA tribunal hearing in April when the original decision to stop my ESA was set aside which means that I'm due an increase in ESA plus a backdated adjustment. After about three weeks I contacted the Benefits Agency asking why I'd had nothing through and was told it takes about 6 weeks. After not 6 but 8 weeks had passed with no progress I phoned them again only to be told that they had nothing on record from the court and could I pop into the benefits office and have them fax the Decision Notice (ESA 1) through to them - this I did. A day after said faxing I phoned them again - they confirmed that they now had the faxed Decision Notice and I should expect to wait 6 to 8 weeks FROM TODAY for it to be processed which will make a total processing time of 14 to 16 weeks (4 months !) from the date of the decision (if their estimate is correct). Anyone else had similar experiences or have any advice ?
