Hi all, just a quick query. OH is currently on income based ESA and is claiming for me. He also gets DLA higher mob and mid care. There is a chance that I may be able to go back to work part time (over 16 hours) and will earn approx £146 pw before stoppages. Will he still be entitiled to ESA?
