Hi all, just a quick query.
OH is currently on income based ESA and is claiming for me. He also gets DLA higher mob and mid care.
There is a chance that I may be able to go back to work part time (over 16 hours) and will earn approx £146 pw before stoppages.
Will he still be entitiled to ESA?

Are you on DLA middle rate care or higher?
If not then he will no longer be paid ESA(IR) and will receive credits only.0 -
