i will be 60 in september but due to my dob will not get my state pension until april 2011.does anyone know do i get my winter fuel payment when i'm 60(2010) or do i have to go round another year after i get my pension.any advice greatly appreciated as i can't seem to find any information on this and the money would come…

ESA, appeals and Sick notes
I've just received a letter saying I've failed the medical for my ESA. I will be appealing this decision (and have a recording of the medical interview which may prove helpful). My sick note is due to run out this week. Will I still need to send in sick notes whilst waiting for my appeal?
