CCJ after bankruptcy
I have just read a thread that someone was shocked to find a ccj on their credit file after bankruptcy. I thought that a ccj came with bankruptcy? It doesn't say when it was given but it was definitely not there prior to bankruptcy. What should I do? Try and get it removed if its there incorrectly? Thank you
