CCJ after bankruptcy

I have just read a thread that someone was shocked to find a ccj on their credit file after bankruptcy. I thought that a ccj came with bankruptcy?
It doesn't say when it was given but it was definitely not there prior to bankruptcy. What should I do? Try and get it removed if its there incorrectly?

Sometimes a CCJ gets granted for a debt which was provable in Bankruptcy, simply because the Court [Judge] at the time was not aware of the Bankruptcy.

Providing the debt originated before the BR petition date, then the CCJ is trumped.
However, the debtor still has to contact the Court, and pay for the CCJ to be set aside, on the grounds of the presence of the BR petition.

It will be a good idea to try to find out who was granted the CCJ, when, and at what Court? [and go from there?]

I have had no new debt since the date of bankruptcy so it must've been for a debt prior to bankruptcy. Hw do I find out who it was from as all it say on equifax credit report is ccj-1.
Shall I contact the courts?
