Question with S.O.A
with the creditors they ask when you took on the debt, how accurate do you need to be? i have some dates but some its so long ago ive disposed of the paperwork! would a rough date be ok? Also with the addresses do i but down the people i.e barclays or the credit company who keep hassling me? Many thanks

I am currently receiving ESA. The form asks whether I'm in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance but doesn't ask about ESA (or any other type of benefit). Do I tick yes or no?

Zurich Car insurance
Has anyone got any experience of this company in terms of car insurance whilst bankrupt. My Partner is about to get a new car and I will be registered owner but he will be insuring it as he is main driver.....and I dont want the insurance to be invalid because of BR.

Can anyone advise? I've just received a letter saying I have to pay an IPA for 36 months at 65.00 per month. But my surplus is only £90.00 a month. My original SOA was agreed by the OR in my initial interview and nothing has changed so how can this be? thanks
