mines at 10 and oh is at 11. the lady is lovely, I asked her if there was anything she needed and she responded that no as it looks like a straight forward case, I told her I was really worried about next week and she said that I'm not trying to trivilise your debt, but to put it into context, the Government owe billions and billions and between you both, you dont owe anywhere near even 1% of that so if you ever feel that the br is getting to you just remember that
