If I move into a rented property say in the next month or two and I then go BR and give the OR my keys to my flat back as giving it up how long does it take to actually be repossessed? Also would I still need to pay council tax on both places or are there costs that I will still be liable for? Cheers

Hi, I have followed the link here to insolvencydirect.gov.uk and registered, I have started to fill out the forms 6.27 & 6.28. Do I have to fill any more out? Do I have to print any off? Once filled out do I just submit on line and that is that?

Do I open an account before I go BR?
I have read on here that some people are saying you should open a new account before I go bankrupt and others have said to leave it just after? Also my credit rating now is shot to pieces now thanks to HSBC! So am I likely to get one at all? Which one (if I can get one) would anybody recommend?
