As far as I'm aware speeding fines cannot be included in the BR.BR 4/10/07

Wok boy is correct, you can't include fines in a bankruptcy (you can include private parking tickets though). She will still have to pay it.0

Both the above are correct, I had FPN on the day before BR, and because it was issued by the local council, I was able to include it in my BR, however if it had been issued by the police I would not have been able to do that.:pB&SC No. 298

just to clarify, what is the difference between private parking fines and any other? Can all parking fines be included in BR or just ones issued by a local coucil? I havent got any but just out of interest?

A parking "fine" from the council or anyone who is not the police is not really a fine, it is a penalty charge.
What cant be included in the bankruptcy is fines that are issued by or on behalf or with the authority of the magisrates court, so things that fall into this are police fines, DVLA fines, TV licence fines.Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
