Zurich Car insurance

Has anyone got any experience of this company in terms of car insurance whilst bankrupt.

My Partner is about to get a new car and I will be registered owner but he will be insuring it as he is main driver.....and I dont want the insurance to be invalid because of BR.

i checked with my insurer (by email so i got an emailed response to keep) whether br would be a problem for my insurance

i think it tends to be more of a problem with house insurance, but the only way you'll know if it's an issue is to check with them...

Cant see anything mentioning bankrutcy in their T&C's BUT as confuzzled says you really need to speak to them yourself before taking the policy out then that way you've no suprises

Partner already has a policy but considering that we are upgrading to a car which is more expensive I want to be sure. Think we will ring them to clarify and note who we speak to etc. Nothing in policy doc....worse that can happen is they withdraw our ability to pay monthly or cancel insurance in which case he will go elsewhere....

Just taken out insurance for my car with Co op...told them discharged BR and he got a supervisor to allow monthly pymt after failed credit score.
