OR accept surveyors valuation?
hi I had my telecon with the OR last week, she asked me questions ref house value etc. we had a report done by a surveyor which put the house in a small positive equity position ( less than £1000) she said they would get their on valuation done, can they choose not accept a report by a professional surveyor?
