I have 2 ccjs both for £10 per month, i was adviced to stop paying these is this right or should i carry on??
Have not paid for last couple of months as totally skint as hubby has lost his job

I would be careful with CCJs. How quickly are you going BR? It's true that they'll be included, but if the creditor takes action before then you may be looking at attachment of earnings.

Hi thanks for advice im filling in forms now well trying to lol. and hopefully we will be going bankrupt in the next 3 weeks as soon as we have the £9000
