Partners Income
I live with my partner who is currently unemployed. Will the OR require proof that she has no income as obviously she doesn't claim benefits as I work full time?

Received a letter from my OR today "NOTICE TO BANKRUPT ENCLOSING A SEALED COPY OF THE EARLY DISCHARGE NOTICE" and on the followingg letter "with the effect of the date this notice was filed in court [22-09-2009] you are discharged from bankruptcy" Now I know this may sound very silly and the answer seems to be very obvious…
