I live with my partner who is currently unemployed. Will the OR require proof that she has no income as obviously she doesn't claim benefits as I work full time?

            firstly welcome to the forum
if its you only going bankrupt then no they have no need for income proof..they may ask however if she contributes to any of the household living expenses
is she not entitled to any benefit at all?

She applied for JSA but because I earn too much they wont let her have it. I don't think she is entitled to anything else and the only options left wouldn't make a dent in what we owe.0
