Hi again YOu guys have given me feedback saying that if I have a surplus of £150 per month after everything is taken into account, I'd pay 50% of that to the OR ... what happens if I am leaving the country within the 12 month period? Hi, My partner and myself went BR 01 Apr and have gas, electric and water bills with outstanding amounts prior to BR dates. Our flat is rented with no regular access to meters so can't go on pre paid meters, is there anything we can do about the outstanding amounts? X

I thought it was when I went in front of the judge... is this right? Or do I have to wait until after the OR interview?
