I am going to court next week re. bankruptcy. I've given notice on the flat I am in (paying £925 per month) and will be moving in with a friend in the first week of October.
My intention was to just provide the change of address but is the OR going to want to see a rent agreement or something when I move? I was hoping I'd be able to save the difference between the rent I pay my friend and what I have been paying (unofficially of course). And, besides, my friend won't have a rent book or anything.
Any advice?
Thanks

Yes the OR usually asks for a copy of your tenency agreement. If you are thinking of getting one over on the OR forget it now. You will be making all sorts of trouble for yourself. Bear in mind you may not have had your interview by the time you move,so there would be the slight problem with putting a false amount down on you IPOQ:rolleyes: Also you are legally bound to inform the OR of any changes within 21 days.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
