Hi again
YOu guys have given me feedback saying that if I have a surplus of £150 per month after everything is taken into account, I'd pay 50% of that to the OR ... what happens if I am leaving the country within the 12 month period? Do I have to continue paying that from the country I am in?
thanks again.

Hi Diamond,
In short, yes you would need to continue to pay. Your IPA would last (usually) 36 months and you'd be expected to pay until this term is up.

I don't think we'll find someone who has been in that position too easily.
Logically, I can't see why your physical location would change your liabilty. However, if your income was earned and taxed in a foreign country it wouldn't half take some checking for the OR.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

If you move to another country then your income will change so you will have to submit another SOA to the OR. If your surplus has changed then the OR will alter the IPA up, down, suspend or even disolve it.
You will have to keep the OR informed of your where abouts and make sure he can contact you untill the IPA is over or it is dissolved. You need to inform him of any changes with in 21 days.Namaste DeeDee x0 -

Just giving this a Bump.
Hi D,
Your SOA starts with(this is just for me)what does the OH pay??
If I was the OR that would be my first question.
It's late and I think you should stop worrying for a while, get some sleep,I'm sure you will work this out.Things will be a lot clearer in the morning and you will get responses from the more learned on this board.(They are normal people they sleep at night not like you and me)

No, I am single ... I was just trying to point out that the high rent was all my own!
Thanks for posting!
good night0 -
D ,
I know your brain is working at overload at the moment but would suggest that rather starting new threads try and keep all your questions in one place,it makes it easier for anyone trying to help to have a better understanding of your situation.
