To be fair you have holidays/emergency don't push your luck with birthdays too. Make the changes i have suggested and see how that pans out. Am abit worried about car and being able to keep it. I think it may cost me £100 to use public transport (although would have to check) rather than the £192 to have car but i live in middle of nowhere and would cost me more getting around throughout the month paying for child's bus fare and my own, would this be taken into account do you think or are they just concerned with getting to work only?0

Why, what is the car's value?,check on parkers guide if you are not sure. Do you need it for work?.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Thanks for that. The OR will probably agree to you paying your arrears still then if the HA are difficult about it going into your bankruptcy.Namaste DeeDee x0 -
Yeh I need it for work as its 10 miles away, I dont need it for work once i am there though. The car's value is probaly 0, i found a similiar one with much less mileage (mine as 98k) and no dints in it (mine has a few) and that was £270.0
