If you can show that it is needed for work then I don't see you having a problem. If the OR says he wants to take the car then get together all the evidence you need to prove it is a need. Or if you are worried get it together now ie: get a bus timetable, price up journeys to work, to the shops, to the doctors, dentist etc. Will you have to use a taxi at any point how much is that etc.Namaste DeeDee x0 -

Just remember that apart from a car this isn't about what you're allowed to spend your money on after bankruptcy. You can spend it on whatever you want. Nobody is going to check what you actually spent money on or cares.
The only aim here is to keep the surplus below £99 per month, which it looks like you can do even if the OR gets a bit niggly. You will get an IPA for your Nil Rate tax code after bankruptcy but that is just a money laundering exercise from the HMRC to the OR.
Keep your surplus below £99 and there will be no monthly payments required from you.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

So do you pay more tax after BR? Im not sure I understand this bit0 -
No, you pay no tax for the rest of the financial year (to next April), but the amount you would have paid in tax is paid over to the OR. Net result, nil.
So, you will get an IPA telling you to pay this amount each month.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
