I've bitten the bullet, advice pleeeze!
After lurking for 2 months (and taken comfort from you all) I have now bitten the bullet and actually opened the envelope containing my BK forms. if im owed money when i go BR.....
I always have a few outstanding invoices unpaid, if i go BR and im owed, say, £500 for work done, does the OR demand that off me? its like wages due but knowing OR (by reputation only) i think a stroppy one could decide they need it more than me....

We emptied our bank account last week including £200 overdraft.... have just checked the account and theres loads of paypal payments come out that were totally forgotten about as paypal takes a while to take funds from account....
