if im owed money when i go BR.....

I always have a few outstanding invoices unpaid, if i go BR and im owed, say, £500 for work done, does the OR demand that off me? its like wages due but knowing OR (by reputation only) i think a stroppy one could decide they need it more than me....

I think you will find the OR takes it from you(collects from them) to pay towards your creditors.Perhaps fermi or one of the others will confirm it. I know my daughter owed me money but did not put it down. That would almost certainly be seized as an asset Max im afraid.

It would be classed as a book debt, and the OR would appoint Clarke Wilmott to collect the funds. Sorry.
