Hi all, I have had many partial settlement offers from Moorcroft over the past year, haven’t been in a position to take one up before but I am now. Haven’t heard from them in a few months so made contact on live chat and they said partial settlements can only be discussed by telephone. Is this correct? Or rubbish? Thankyou
