I’ve received a NIP for 25 in a 20 MPH zone however the NIP states NW1 and I was in SW1 London , I have evidence from the Taxi app I use showing me in SW1 the 2 different locations are 4 miles apart What can I do ? I haven’t sent the NIP back yet I still have 14 days to do so thank you
