Thank you for all the birthday wishes. I had a lovely few days. A really nice stay in a hotel. The 7 course taster menu was not SW friendly, but it was gorgeous.
Did make use of the spa at the hotel though, and swam 800m, as well as sweating some fat out of me in the sauna.
I now obviously fully expect a gain tomorrow night, but it was worth it, and I am now pretty much back on plan.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
Lunch - cheese salad
Dinner - stir fry
Snacks - fruit, Space raiders, cereal bars, cupcake
HA - milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars

Had a lovely day yesterday with DD and her partner. Kept the food SW all day and hardly any syns as didn't drink in case I needed to pick my friend up from the hospital so definitely saved a full day's syns and what I did have has counteracted the syns I'd already gone over IYSWIM.
Today's plan:
B - mixed fruit & quark
L - LO roast lamb sandwich & salad
D - chicken tagine & couscous
Not as much Speed as usual but not much in until I go shopping again tomorrow.

Absolutely roasting here today!!
Thanks for all the congrats on my new job. Yes it has been a long time coming! Off to rejoin class tonight, hopefully get a good loss this week. 3 weeks until I'm off on my holiday so I want at least 7 lbs before then.
Made my return to the gym on Saturday, so at least that's that nut cracked!
On the salad debate, I love salad, I'd rather have salad than boiled veg any day.0 -

Same here, less time to prepare and there's always low syn salad cream or syn free dressings to chuck on to jazz 'em up a bit The only way that OH will eat salads is if they're covered in salad cream or got coleslaw included!
Today may be another salady day its blummin gorgeous out there right now0 -
