this dispicable company relies on a ANPR system and a receptionist to input the details to tell the system to disregard the reg No.Problem on the day was his appointment was made for 11.30am and when he arrived the receptionist said that it was impossible to have app at that time as they dont start the surgery until 1.30 ish.the doctor walked past him as his carer was talking to reception and was called back to chat quickly and said he would see him within 30 mins.as soon as he saw him he admitted him.so in all the confusion we suggested that the receptionist forgot to log the car in but they are not interested.even if no one can be found to be at fault it is parking eye who should take it on the chin.my problem no is his carer is away for 2 weeks and we have 5 days left to pay or have him shuffle to court on the date.I tried phoning PE but its an automated system.should i e-mail them,at least it would prove that communication lines on our side are trying to communicate.0
