Firstly I would like to apologise that we have been unable to post on the forums as regularly as we would like. We have been extremely busy working through emails, however we will be getting round to replying to every ones posts ASAP.
Lara – I’m disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with the original offer. If you’d like to contact us on the link below, we will be more than happy to take a further look into this and find something more suitable for you.

Thanks Espi. I'll get back in touch at some stage. My contract ends in March. I was offered 300 mins and unlimited text + Vodafone Passport with a Nokia 6303 @ £15 for 15 months then escalating to £25 for the last three months. I go abroad for quite a few weeks in the summer to visit family and VP is very good for that. After thinking about a new deal I would need 500 mins because I went well over my mins last year when away and my phone bill was very high. I am expecting to travel an awful lot more this year as we have just had a new addition to our family.
Being a VF customer for too many years I don't want to be paying 50% more for 15 months than I am at the moment and then over 100% more for the last three months! :eek:0 -

What I meant is I contacted them using the code provided but they still haven't responded despite me using the codes. Did they respond to you after you followed the instructions from the WRT?
Hi again sugarbabe,
No they didn't respond to me like that.
I didn't have any dealings with the web team other than my previous comment.
My DEAL came from **retentions** when I requested my PAC number.
If you have a look at two of my previous comments ( post number 2622 and 2628 ) it will tell you how I came about my deal.
Give it a try yourself if the web team cannot help you.
Again all the best,
Albert.:)0 -
Hi, I have emailed the web retentions team and wondered how long people have been waiting for a reply?
I know they are saying they are busy but how long are they actually taking to get back to people and is via PM or email?
Thanks:beer:0 -
Ive had a reply very quickly - normally the next day.
Pity I havent got the deal I want yet !!!

i find vodafone to offer bad retention offers compared with orange (although they lie about phones!) my mums phone bill is on average £70 a month. she wanted a samsung tocco ultra...the deal, free phone, 24 months £25 a month 400 mins, unlitmited texts. Not that great if you ask me!0

I sent an e-mail early on friday. Got an automated response saying i will have a reply within 48 hours. Still waiting..0

hello,
Ive been looking to upgrade to an Iphone. the deals seem to be stuck in stone. how ever voda say that they will buy back old phones. My N96 is worth £114  soo I can offset that against the cost of an Iphone with the contract im looking at the phone is £89 and the N96 price would be credited on to my next few bills.
Not sure about it yet might wait!0 -
I am out of contract on a £20 deal (125 mins, 250 texts, STC). Just phoned the Voda “thinking of leaving” team to see what they could offer on a retention deal - apparently their systems are down….0

Their systems seem to be down quite alot..i find their systems are down every other call i make to them..you wait 10mins in the queue only to be told the systems are down.0
