Nokia N95 paid for but Not delivered. Help please

I bought a NOkia N95 for £185 from a seller with 0 feedback who chose NO PAYPAL on 17th May 2008.

I paid by Bank transfer on 19th May. He acknowledged the receipt of payment on 23rd May. Item still not received. Now he has raised an Unpaid item dispute. He is not responding to my emails.

p.s: you dont have to have a google account to make a payment.

You might might be able to get your bank to file a chargeback against him, but because you initiated and processed the payment quite possibly not, but I really don't know.
you'll have his address so use that to get his telephone number. How far is he from you?
Ultimately if the seller is traceable I would say all is not lost.
Can image its a right blow. Sorry.0 -
1. open a dispute on ebay as item not received.
2. email him to ask if he has sent the item and tell him "if you don't response this email in 48 hours, I will call police to help me."
3. if he doesn't reply your email in 48 hrs, just call police.0 -
