What oil do you use for the "oil cleansing method"? (merged)

Been reading about this miracle method now & am very curious.

I had 2 samples of Shu Umera cleansing oil, I've been using for a couple of days to see if I liked it.

What oil do you use for the "oil cleansing method", I'm really having major trouble getting my head around buying anything from the chip fat shelf!!!!

I've read about Sunflower Seed Oil, is that different to Sunflower cooking oil?

I did think about Bio-oil, but Suki seems to think its not a great idea.

I would do the 30% caster oil to start as I have congestion around my nose.

So do you all use sunflower or extra virgin olive oil?
Is sunflower seed oil different from sunflower oil?
Does anyone else use any other oil?
What am I susposed to cleanse with in the morning? I've read to do it no more than once per day?
I have to do it EVERY night as I wear makeup everyday.
Can I use 100% caster for deep cleaning, once a week or anything?

Thanks

I was fascinated by the oil cleansing - what thread was that on now?? But its all the f*rt ar5ing around that I know I don't have time for. As I am very dry after little sit in the sun last Sunday, where I managed to burn my already red face, it appealed to me. But know I don't have the time...

Olive oil smells pretty bad doesn't it? Something like sunflower oil that doesn't smell might be best. So how does this work, never heard of the oil thing before...

How'd I do that post twice? Lucky I guess.

Re the Olive oil - if you don't have to mix it or anything - what do you do and how and how often. Is it usual olive oil?? Extra Virgin? Asda's own make be alright?
