E BUYER wheres my order?

I ordered a printer cartridge last Tuesday (6th Sept) for delivery on 9.9
This order is still awaiting picking...
They dont accept email, only enotes and have a 7 day turnaround
The phone line just says we are busy and disconnects the call telling you to ring later.
Is it just me or is it always like this? This is my 1st and probably my last order with them.

I've never had a problem with ebuyer *touches wood* maybe it's because I've spent literally thousands over the years..... but just last week I ordered a CPU Heatsink/fan, expected delivery 12/09/05, this arrived on saturday as special delivery? which struck me as little strange
Even my online account page shows the item as 'being picked' still
I think maybe they're short on staff?! or else its broken

So if you've had your goods that are still being picked, mine could have already been sent. Who knows ....
They charged the credit card on the 6.9 when it states on the site wouldn't be charged till dispatched.0 -
have you tried sending an e-note? I had trouble a while back with an order and it said a 7 day turnaround but was getting responses within 12 hours in reality and was all sorted and solved within a couple of days0

Yep I've spent thousands with Ebuyer but I doubt if I'll use them again
I ordered a modemrouter + network cards + wireless cards £200 paid for rapid delivery - only 1 microfilter arrived. Sent E note to be told it would be there next day- waited for it - never came. Sent another e note and told them if it wasn't here in next 2 days cancel order. I then got an e note offering me as compensation .. a telephone number who told me that the automated system must have sent my promise of next day delivery so it wasn't their fault !
two days later (10 days after order) they tried to deliver the rest of the kit!
Never again for anything worth more than a tenner!TANSTAAFL !0 -
Yes I sent an enote yesterday, but not too hopefull as their phone system is on overload

Well, they've always been pretty good when I've used them - maybe its because I always use the cheap shipping option?
Just put an order through with some (self-inflicted) problems - enote was sorted within 24 hours and when I added a note to change something else the guy came straight back 5 minutes later and altered the order.
Oh, and by the way they are pretty cheap aren't they?0 -
Funny. I have the same picking problem. Apparently part of my order was not put in the box due to a "Picking problem". Net result, estimated delivery date slips 5 days (to tomorrow) and I doubt it;ll arrive then as it's still not even allocated....
Sent e-note on Friday, still no response.......
ho-hum. I suppose the best that I can do is cancel.0 -

Stories on there are very worrying. Glad I have only spent £20ish wouldnt like to think it was a big order, although then you do have some comeback on credit card if it doesn't arrive.
Trading standards are aware of the problems that are being caused by this company.
ONE WEEK ON FROM ORDER STILL BEING PICKED ... will update when (if) received0
