We are all here to help, listen, encourage, motivate, share advice and success but most of all to lose weight.
If you need advice, a hug, or just a general kick up the backside (I'm good at that - apparently!) we're all here to help.

We have many regulars, most of whom are members of Lois Lane's 2lb Weight Loss Club

So whether you are doing Slimming World or Weight Watchers, Slimfast or Cabbage Soup, Cambridge or The GI Diet, Low Carb or Atkins, please feel free to join in (if you want to) it's a GREAT place to be and you can share your success and recipes with us too.

We have our Losing Weight Recipes Collection and it is Indexed for ease of use.

(Please only use the Losing Weight Recipes Thread for recipes, as chitchat may mean we lose it)

You can still read Lose Weight 6 but it is now locked to avoid any confusion.

The good thing about these hot days is that I never fancy chocolate as it just goes soggy and I have to spend ages sucking my fingers which isn't a pleasant sight!

It doesn't seem that long since thread 6 was started, no doubt we'll be on thread 8 very soon.

Hi Cheekymole - good idea, I'll do a follow on post.

Suggs - originally I was showing people's weight losses since joining the 2 pound club, however I think it needs to reflect the total since the person began trying to lose weight, so I'm going to show your total as 3 stone 4lbs.
